DRS has discontinued after-hours and emergency support on weekends. For support outside of our normal business hours (9am-6pm EST weekdays) you must contact an alternate provider listed HERE. In addition DRS will phase out ALL SUPPORT SERVICES on January 31, 2023 except integrated card processing assistance for Worldpay users.

Starting Febuary 1, 2023 support requests for Microsoft Dynamics RMS -- or DRS add-ins for RMS -- should be sourced from an alternate support provider listed HERE.
