If replacing a PC any Windows 10 Pro PC of your choice will work with RMS. Windows 11 may have issues with old peripheral drivers (ex. receipt printer or pole display) if installed for a POS lane. Other users have reported no issues on PCs that upgrade to Windows 11 through Windows Update. You have 10 days to roll back the upgrade if necessary.
When replacing a PC make sure the same ports in use on old PC are available on new PC (ex, serial port requires a serial port PCI card, not a USB adapter cable). If you have any questions, please initiate a support request (Start a conversation).
