DRS Add-ins - Current Editions and Upgrades

If you're interested in DRS Add-ins for RMS or you need to reinstall or update an application, see links below for current installers.

IMPORTANT: If you are only interested in a single application, see separate installer links below. Otherwise, RMS Toolkit includes Autogen, Power Ops, SO Tracker, Serial Editor, DRS Status Windows, TenderView, Custom Reports/Templates, SmartPOP, and DRS Tools in one installer. See separate article for RMS Toolkit instructions. There are also separate suite installers for Bicycle Bundle and Hobby Bundle which include multiple add-ins in one installer.

Vista/Windows 7/8/10: All DRS desktop shortcuts should be set to ‘Run as Administrator for All Users’ by right-clicking on shortcut after installation and select Properties, Compatibility tab.

IMPORTANT: Uninstall any prior edition earlier than 2012 using Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs before installing an upgrade.

Tracks customers' Special Orders in Store Operations from initial order entry through delivery to the customer. This includes all items required to fill backorders, work orders, and layaways. SO Tracker includes DRS Status Window, HQ Bridge and AutoGen when purchased for multi-store environments (HQ).

HQ Bridge™ is normally deployed with our Special Order Tracker utility for use in an HQ environment. This utility can also be used on its own to automate WS 250 on a timed basis for new items created in HQ.

DRS Service Manager™: www.digitalretailer.com/media/ServiceManager.pdf
This utility offers enhanced workorders and service management with estimates, scheduling, and email notifications. It is designed for retailers who provide chargeable services to their customers such as repairs or professional services. Service jobs can be scheduled based on available resources and service technicians. Service Manager runs in POS, Manager, or standalone on any PC with access to the Store Operations database. A POS lane license is not required to create workorders using Service Manager, but any orders need to be paid for and picked up at a POS lane.

Note: A trial packet of sample SM-101 forms is normally sent by USPS for your review. Let us know if you need this. You can also design a plain paper version using Crystal Reports with one of the report templates included (.rpt).
