Workorder number in Service Manager does not display or print as a barcode

If the preview and printed workorder displays odd characters instead of a barcode, this indicates the barcode fonts did not install properly.

Resolution:

XP: Control Panel, Fonts, File, Install a New Font, locate the Service Manager programs folder (C:\DRS, DRS Service Manager), Select All, OK, OK, OK, Close.

Windows 7/8/10: Using My Computer (File Explorer) locate the Service Manager program folder (C:\DRS, DRS Service Manager) then right-click on each of the three true type fonts and select Install. Font files are named DBN2xx_.ttf, etc.
