If this message appears while trying to run RMS (Administrator, POS, or Manager) or when launching a RMS add-in, it means the RMS installation is corrupted within the Windows Installer. To resolve this issue you must uninstall RMS and install it again. This will not lose any of the current settings.
1. Control Panel, Uninstall a program, locate and uninstall Microsoft Dynamic RMS.
2. Install RMS using the download installer (not CD) followed by any hot fixes required to match version of RMS running on other PCs. See Store Operations Manager, Help, About to locate version/build. If DRS performed your installation the required files are located in the MRMStransfer folder on your database server (normally under C: or Users/Public folder).
