DRS Custom Reports/Templates Bundle

For Microsoft Dynamics RMS Store Operations and Headquarters

Our 100+ reports/templates bundle includes numerous custom reports, updated templates for Purchase Orders and Inter-Store Transfers (send/receive formats), DRS 40-column receipt formats for thermal and dot matrix printers, plus an updated full-page receipt format for laser printers (more items and information per page), and barcode label formats. Custom Reports: Includes updated standard reports with additional filters commonly requested, enhanced detailed sales reports, 12 month moving annual total reports, profit reports MTD/YTD, purchase order valuation report (OTB planning), recall list, EOD/EOM accounting reports, and more.

Custom Templates: Enhanced templates for receipts and purchase orders in several formats. Inter-Store Transfers (send/receive formats), a DRS 40 column receipt format for thermal and dot matrix printers, and an updated full page receipt format for laser printers (more items and information per page). Label templates are also included for Cognitive barcode printers (2.3"x1" labels; PCL formats for Generic Text-only driver) and Zebra (2.25"x1.25" labels, EPL formats for Generic Text-only driver).

IMPORTANT: Files are provided AS-IS with no warranty or support included. We DO NOT offer any customization service for these reports/templates. If you wish to modify the files you can do so using Notepad or any text editor. 

Download installer:  see attachment below
Instructions: Downoad, unzip installer, then right-click and select Run as Administrator.
Install on all PCs where you want the reports available or install on server if you have configured RMS to use a shared reports folder with read/write access enabled.

IMPORTANT:  If you receive the error "Tool ID already exists" in Manager after installing DRS Reports/Templates, it means you already have a report on file with a near identical name. We have tried to keep our report names meaningful so other custom reports you have created or collected could cause this error.

To resolve this issue:

1. Run My Computer and locate the folder called Program Files, Microsoft Retail Management System, Store Operations, Reports (or Headquarters, Reports if error is with HQ Manager).

2. Sort the Reports folder by file name and look for a report with near identical spelling. The problem report likely starts with "Custom -". The difference may be upper versus lowercase letters or an extra space in the report name.

3. Delete the near identical report or rename it. If renaming the report file does not resolve issue, edit the file in Notepad and change the internal title for the report, then save changes. If editing is blocked to the Program Files folder, move the report to the desktop, edit there, then move back, or right-click on Notepad, Run as Administrator, then locate and edit the report.
