cdosys.dll error when installing Service Manager on Windows 10 PC

Make sure you are logged into Windows as admin user.
Download and unzip Service Manager installer to local desktop before running.
Disable any 3rd party security apps such as Norton or Malwarebytes during the install.
If that does not resolve issue --
Right click on installer and select Troubleshoot Compatibility.
Select 'Try recommended settings'.
