Use the Win7 USB to COM port emulation driver. Should work on 32 or 64 bit. There is different download for Win 8.
If the device is plugged in but not recognized as installed, right-click and select Uninstall from Device Manager first then install the USB/COm driver.
Skip install.bat (silent installer does not work) and run installer as admin instead.
Use RMS OPOS to configure "pole" with default settings on whatever COM port is assigned by the emulator.
Do NOT use the Logic Controls OPOS driver.
