Run Store Operations Manager, Reports, Custom, Recall List.
Add required filters for the recalled product and define a date range or remove the date filter to locate all occurrences.
If this report is missing under Custom, it means you have not installed DRS Reports/Templates Bundle. The reports bundle is included with our add-ins suites (Hobby Bundle, Bicycle Bundle, RMS Toolkit) or available separately under the Reports section of this knowledgebase.
If the product recall is by serial number and you track SN1 during sales, you can also run Reports, Items, Serial Number List and fiter by Serial Number "contains" or "greater than" or a number range ("greater than" AND "less than"). However, this report does not show address, only customer name with drill down on account # to view details.
