Option A: Run Store Operations Manager, Reports, Items, Serial Number List, remove Inactive filter and add filter for serial number using Contains or Greater Than operator with starting string of serial number (in case something is misspelled). Run the report to locate any matching entries. You can then double-click on the associated customer account to view their pirurchase history.
Option B: If DRS Serial Editor is installed, run the app, enable checkbox to include Inactive Items, remove checkbox for In Stock Only, enter serial number into search box and press Enter to search. This option only works to locate an exact match. Once found locate the customer account in POS or Manager to view their purchase history.
