The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime

DRS Add-ins require Windows regional settings to be set to English (xxx) in Control Panel.
Not all date formats are compatible.
Also make sure the current release edition of the add-in is installed. We only support and warrant the current version to run with all versions of Microsoft RMS.
