Please note DRS supplies linking utilities only. We do not supply the data. Suppliers are responsible to provide their data to spec and host it on their FTP servers.
If you notice a data problem importing items using JumpStart or Power Ops, please contact the associated supplier and ask them to repair or update their catalog file for Microsoft RMS users.
Once repaired or updated, run DRS Linker-Setup on your database server, locate the associated catalog update task, select Schedule tab, and note the Last Download and File Time* shown in the History frame. Click Reset then Run Now, wait a few minutes, and try importing again.
*File Time should change if an update was available and connection was successful. To verify, you can click View Log, select the first log entry, and scroll to the bottom to view last activity.
