How can I send a purchase order to a supplier by email?

To send a purchase order by email as an imbedded HTML table:

1. Generate your Purchase Order.
2. Click on Print.
3. Click on Export Document icon in the toolbar.
4. Accept the default settings of Email/HTML and click OK.
5. Enter the email address of your supplier.
6. Click Send.
7. Mark your purchase order as Placed on Header tab.
