"This feature requires DRS SO Tracker" in Service Manager when SO Item button is clicked.

First make sure SO Tracker (Special Order Tracker) is installed and licensed.
Next run SO Tracker from the desktop shortcut to register the application in Windows (not SO Tracker in POS).
Now try Service Manager and the SO Item button should work.
