V.I.P. Zone won't connect to RMS database on a Windows 7 64-bit workstation

This is a known problem with Windows 7 64-bit and older versions of V.I.P. Zone. The issue was resolved in v3.0.0.23. To install the latest version, see Downloads, Installers, DRS Add-ins in the Self-Service section of our Knowledgebase (KB).
