Program ScanPal2 for proper UPC/EAN scans (no prefix entry)

If your ScanPal2 adds a 0 prefix to UPC/EAN scans, you will need to update the internal program.

Prep on ScanPal2 -- Connect unit to PC, power on, select 3. Utilities, 6. Download.

1. Download the ATX file attached belowto AG Utilities folder.*
2. Run ATX_Load.exe, select this file, select correct COM port for device, click OK.
3. Wait for download to complete.

4.Test UPC scan and data download.

*Same folder where ScanPal data download utility is run from.
