How can you reprint a Z report?

Select Journal in POS or Manager, select a batch to view, press Ctrl-End to move to end of the batch (Z report), click Print.

If you only need GL entries, run Store Operations Manager, Utilities, Crystal Reports, Register Analysis, Criteria tab, Field name = Date Closed, Operator = Equal, Contents = date required, Add, Generate.

You can also use Register Analysis to generate a combined GL report for any date range by setting Operator to Between and entering start/stop dates into Contents.
