Power Ops, JumpStart, and DRS Linker rely on an Internet connection to send/retrieve data. If you are running Norton Utilities you will need to allow these applications under Personal Firewall.

Open the Norton Internet Security control panel.
Select Personal Firewall, Configure.
Select Program tab.
Scroll to locate DRS add-ins:
- DRS Linker
- DRSPower Ops
- DRS JumpStart
If these programs do not appear already, click Add and locate them in the Program Files folder under DRS.
Once these programs are listed, set Internet Access to Permit All in the right hand column for each application.
Click OK to save your settings and exit Norton.
