Why won't the picture I assign to an item or customer appear?

Pictures must be stored in and selected from the Pictures folder defined in Store Operations Adminstrator. The default pictures folder is Program Files, Microsoft Retail Management System, Store Operations, Pictures.

If you want to share a common Pictures folder to all worktations, we suggest you point to the Pictures folder on your server. See Store Operations Administrator, File, Configration, Paths, Pictures. Point all workstations to the same folder on the server. The suggested location is a public folder on your server such as: Users\Public\MRMStransfer\Pictures
