Changes to Setup tab in a DRS add-in are not saved upon restart.

Right-click on the add-in's desktop shortcut, select Properties, Compatibility tab, and enable Run as Administrator for All Users. Close app if already running and try again.

Run as Administrator is required for all DRS add-ins installed on Windows 7/8/10.
