DynaZIP error HQ Client/HQ Server

For XP:

DELETE "C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXXX\Local Settings\Temp\QS*.tmp" (the XXXXX is the user logged on to Windows)

For Vista/Win7/Server 2003 & 2008:

DELETE "C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\QS*.tmp"  (where XXXXX is the user logged on to Windows)

At all Store locations, on the computers running HQ Client, run the following commands:

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters Client\dzactx.dll"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters Client\duzactx.dll"
 
At HQ, on the computer running the HQ Server process, run the following commands:

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters\dzactx.dll"
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters\duzactx.dll"
 
These commands assume you have installed HQ Client and HQ Server with the default install locations.  Update the paths to suit your environment if required.
