My EDC Settlement contains errors relating to my American Express charges. These funds are not being credited to my bank account.

You have a missing or invalid terminal ID entered for the EDC configuration.

1. Go to Administrator | File | Connect and connect to your database.
2. Select File | Configuration | EDC | Advanced | Merchant | Terminal Number.
3. Enter the number indicated on the form Citibank supplied during your initial sign-up (usually 0001).
4. Click OK, then select Database | Test Database Connection.
If successful click OK and exit Administrator.
5. Make copies of all the signed authorized credit slips from each transaction affected.

You will need to contact American Express and fax these transactions to their processing department in order to recover the lost funds.
