Retail Realm database conflict error

Your Retail Realm add-in and RMS database connections must match the original configuration.

See Store Operations Administrator, File, Configuration, Server name.

The server name must match the entry in the plug-in. If you are unable to match the entries, contact our help desk for a remote logon session.
