Run Store Operations Administrator, File, Connect, enter your SQL Server password, and click OK.
Select Database, Reindex. This should only take a few minutes and other PCs can continue to run RMS while reindexing.
If reindexing fails, you likely have a corrupted database and will need to restore your most recent backup.
You can also run Database, Check to confirm the RMS tables are valid.
Note: These procedures will run fastest on your database server but can be performed from any workstation.
